Direcção Geral de Formação Vocacional (Portugal) is the department for
adult education in the Education Ministry of Portugal and it promotes
different types of education for adults in cooperation with The Ministry
of Labor, National Development and Professional Training Institute and
other institutions in this field of activity. Besides organizing
training sessions for adults, DGVF supervises the professional training
centers.
