The textbook was produced in the framework of the Program for underage and young persons in the reeducation and detention centers, aiming at their social reinsertion. The Program was build using the CEFE methods (Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprise). This methods makes use of action tools, participative learning and it is based on experimental work, with the view to develop managerial and personal competencies. In this textbook you can find practical exercises and detailed approaches that the instructor can use to develop a program, in accordance with the needs of the young persons his group.
