“Your child is the man’s father and the young man is the father of the future citizen”. The underage persons in the reeducation centers usually come from very poor families, with no chance for an education or a healthy way of living. There are children who often have no family at all, have no home to come back to and nobody to help them to go beyond the poverty limits. This is how the CRED initiative was born, to draw up together with the General Directorate of the Prisons, this guide designed to all those working with the young offenders in the reeducation centers and who want to really help these future citizens.
