
There are exercises that help people to
open their minds, to know each other better and to improve their
personal development. It is easier to pass through a change under the
supervision of en expert, irrespective of individual or group exercises.
Often, we can find out who we really are by using a metaphor or by
drawing, easier then by using elaborated phrases.
This guide is designed to the psychologists, sociologists, social
workers, teachers, educators and generally to all those involved in
working with young persons in reeducation and detention centers. The
advisory work doesn’t mean restraint solutions, but the assistance of
the person who wants to change in order to make a new sense in his/her
life.
The guide comprises five chapters, as following:

- abilities needed for an advisor
- theoretical approaches of advisory and orientation pursuit in the 20th century
- methods and tools in the carrier counseling
- individual and group counseling
