PROJECT OBJECTIVE: • The overall objective is to develop mechanisms and tools of social economy to increase the chances of labor market insertion for prisoners.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
- Create six practical skills training workshops for public-private partnership structures in three prisons as follows:1 bakery, 1 vegetable growing, a hairdresser, 1 kitchen, engage in masonry, it will hold a workshop confectioner continuity of aluminum and plastics. It will facilitate the practical training of 356 prisoners;there will be created 9 jobs for the prisoners that have graduated the courses.
-Trainig courses certificates from The National Adult Training ( CNFPA ) for 356 inmates.
- Informing activities and social and psychological counseling on labor market integration. All 356 detainees from the project will participate in information sessions, social and psychological counseling and personal development sessions (40h/prisoner)
• Initiation activity in methods of searching for a job through The Instruct on the Use of Computer Techniques.
• Additional training for specialists in social inclusion

• Create a resource center for NGOs in social economy and people leaving the prison, which will conduct research activities, training, information and promotion of social economy;
-Roundtables for the awareness of Corporate Social Responsibility in enterprises.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
• 7 newly established structures of social economy; 6 workshops created in prisons: 1 type greenhouse vegetable growing bio; 1 hairdresser; 1 bakery; 1 kitchen; 1 practice in masonry; 1 workshop manufacturing aluminum and plastic- the workshops will facilitate the practice and create jobs for 9 detainees, and one functional market economy and social center in Bucharest equipped with materials and resources for social economy that will facilitate integration into the social economy for prisoners who leave the prisons and will support the creation of 5 jobs in these structures for inmates.
• a comparative study on social economy for disadvantaged people in Europe, comparative analysis of the legal framework in EU countries versus Romania on putting into practice the mechanisms of social economic mechanisms correlated with legislation to prison especially Belgium, Denmark, Romania. France, Italy, Spain.
1 Employment opportunities map for persons that are leaving the prison.
• A strategy to improve the legislative framework.
• At least 2000 people informed of the mechanisms of social economy through brochures and developed materials.
• 56 participants in training programs dedicated to specialists in the field of social inclusion of which at least 20 women as follows: 20 participants at 4 trainig courses in Social Economy.1 course in techniques to stimulate Corporate Social Responsibility.1 Social Entrepreneurship course.1 Public procurement process.1 Financial Management Basics course.
