PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Growth opportunities into the community and the labor market of 4000 prisoners in South Muntenia, Bucharest, South Eastern, Central, North West.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
Creating 4 social inclusion centers in the Bucharest Ilfov, South Eastern, Central, North West by NGOs active in social field
National Adult Trainig certified qualification courses for at least 500 prisoners: food worker, operator input, validation and data processing, crop production worker, worker in structures for construction, workers in carpentry, hairdressing, animal worker.
Social and psychological counseling in preparation for the prison release on various themes: labor market integration, independent living skills training, vocational guidance for 1200 prisoners
Informing activities on finding a job for 4000 inmates in nine prisons. Information campaigns by distributing maps, flyers, posters, development of a notice board in each prison with available jobs.
Health education activities particularly in the consumption of alcohol, drugs, sexually transmitted diseases, personal hygiene, infectious diseases (tuberculosis) will participate 2000 inmates.
Activity of committing crime prevention program by conducting Recto Verso experiments, awareness program effects on the victim. 150 juveniles and young prisoners will participate at this program.
Assisting and providing support to beneficiaries in preparing and completing individualized plan for social integration after the release from prison.
The organization of 12 jobs fairs in the Central region, North West, South East, South Muntenia
Study on the identification of social psychological factors (inmates / community) that facilitates insertion into the community and the labor market
Creating a network of support for social integration process in the community by organizing round tables in order to establish cooperation between employers, trade unions, NGOs and other relevant actors on the labor market
International Conference for dissemination of project results. Theme: the importance of social inclusion strategies in the labor market insertion of people who left the prisons.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
4,000 inmates (3,200 inmates and 800 former prisoners) from 9 prisons located in 5 regions from the Northwest region, Central and Southern Muntenia, Bucharest, Ilfov, South East will be informed on ways of finding a job by diffusion in at least nine prisons, complex information through maps, posters, brochures, broadcast available jobs.
1200 will be counseled about finding a job, 800 individual achievement of social integration plans, 150 participants from programmed Recto Verso programm, 1200 Health Education.

Transnational exchanges of experience for 48 participants
A seminar presentation on Recto Verso program by the belgium partner - the methodology for implementing the program, the selection of participants, topics covered in the program;
A seminar presentation of community awareness program for insertion in the labor market for former inmates, by Danish partner.
A seminar on comparative legislative analysis after the studies and visits, and strategy development on social inclusion
information materials in the social insertion of prisoners
9 round tables involving community members (local authorities, prisons, churches, etc.).
