Camelia started working in the social services field in 1992 and became
the Executive President of CRED in 2001. She initiated and coordinated
numerous national and international projects in the field of juvenile
delinquency and reform of the juvenile justice system. She has built
her career as independent expert in project management, evaluation and
supervision.her studies include a Bachelor degree in Psychology and
Sociology from the Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy Faculty in
Bucharest, A Master degree in Management of International Projects with
the Public Relations and Communication Faculty in Bucharest. She is now
conducting her doctor 's degree studies in social psychology with the
Psychology and Education Sciences in Bucharest. Details...
Mihaela joined the CRED team in March 2008, where she is fulfilling the
duties as social worker, jurist and project manager. She has also an
extensive experience in the NGOs sector, as she had workerd before for
"Save the Children" Organization and for a number of other NGOs as a
volunteer, e.g "Parada" Foundation, the Day Center "Aurora" and "Save
