Mission
The Romanian Center for Human Education and Development (CRED) is an NGO aiming to support human development through education.
The CRED activity started in 2001 and evolves around these following objectives•Development of the educational process for the socially and economically deprived individuals•Facilitation for individuals from marginalized groups to integrate in the school environment, family and professional live•Primary and secondary prevention of juvenile delinquency
•Facilitation of the professional development of the specialists working with disadvantaged people and groups•Facilitation of scientific and professional exchange and relations at international level

Camelia started working in the social services field in 1992 and became
the Executive President of CRED in 2001. She initiated and coordinated
numerous national and international projects in the field of juvenile
delinquency and reform of the juvenile justice system. She has built
her career as independent expert in project management, evaluation and
supervision.her studies include a Bachelor degree in Psychology and
Sociology from the Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy Faculty in
Bucharest, A Master degree in Management of International Projects with
the Public Relations and Communication Faculty in Bucharest. She is now
conducting her doctor 's degree studies in social psychology with the

This set of ethical rules of moral conduct are all related to the CRED activity.The principles are based on fundamental moral and ethical values of social programs, psychological and pedagogical: to provideto provide services for the benefit of clients, social justice, dignity and uniqueness of the individual, the importance of relationships, integrity, empowerment, confidentiality, accurate and complete, and competency. Mihaela joined the CRED team in March 2008, where she is fulfilling the
duties as social worker, jurist and project manager. She has also an
extensive experience in the NGOs sector, as she had workerd before for
"Save the Children" Organization and for a number of other NGOs as a
