The Romanian Center for Human Education and Development (CRED) is an NGO aiming to support human development through education. Camelia started working in the social services field in 1992 and became the Executive President of CRED in 2001. She initiated and coordinated numerous national and international projects in the field of juvenile delinquency and reform of the juvenile justice system. She has built her career as independent expert in project management, evaluation and supervision.her studies include a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Sociology from the Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy Faculty in Bucharest, A Master degree in Management of International Projects with the Public Relations and Communication Faculty in Bucharest.
